Small business owners, managers, professionals

Your week drawn out: hours for work, hours for people, hours that leak away.
Tasks to hand over, do less of, or stop altogether.
When you reply, and how you tell staff, clients and family.
Each person gets a partner in the group to check in midweek.
Ten minutes at the weekend to look at what you managed to keep.
What you’ll keep doing once the group ends.
The group moves together. This is how the eight weeks usually go.

What I remember most is Tuesday evenings: five strangers with the same problem, and nobody judging anyone.

Usually small business owners, managers and professionals from different fields. Groups are put together so that no two people work for the same company.
You get the summary of that session and your partner fills you in; there is no make-up group session.
Everyone agrees a confidentiality rule in the first session: what is shared in the group stays in the group.
Book a 20–30 minute call. Rebalance is already selected in the form.

For people a few years into work who want a new career or direction and don’t know where to start.

For people just promoted to manager: delegating, giving straight feedback, and not burning out in the first 100 days.
