What we both agree to

Privacy, appointments and the limits of coaching. This is sample content: replace it with a real policy before use.

Privacy

What you say in coaching sessions is kept private. Nothing is recorded, and nothing is shared with whoever referred you, your employer or your family. My notes are a few lines of summary and are deleted twelve months after the last session, or sooner if you ask.

The details you send through the forms (name, phone, email, message) are only used to get back to you and arrange appointments. They are never sold or passed to anyone else.

The only exception is a clear risk to your life or someone else’s: then I will urge you to seek emergency help and may contact emergency services.

Rescheduling and cancelling

  • Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t turn up, the session counts as used.
  • If I have to reschedule, you can choose another time or get that session refunded.

What coaching covers

Coaching is a structured conversation that helps you move towards your own goals. Coaching is not psychotherapy: it does not diagnose or treat any health condition, and it does not replace medical, financial or legal advice.

When to see a mental health professional

Please see a doctor or a mental health professional if you have felt low, sleepless or anxious for weeks, find everyday tasks hard, or have thoughts of harming yourself. If you are in danger, call the 115 emergency number in Vietnam or go to the nearest hospital.

If during our work I see that you need support beyond coaching, I will say so plainly and help you find the right place. Coaching can continue alongside, if your professional agrees.
